Pharmaceutical Wholesaler Rebrand

When pharmaceutical wholesaler Redmond & Greer began to develop its strategic growth plan, the brand no longer fit the company culture or mission. The company needed a rebrand and selected Heart & Hustle to ease that transition. Included in this directional shift was a name change, and we were there as an expert guide along the way.

Brand Messaging

Our first step in creating the new brand was to establish key messaging that could be used in marketing communications. The organization already had a strong culture and set of values, so we built upon that foundation.

Brand Guidelines

The company chose “Mockingbird Pharma” as its new name, and we worked to combine the brand’s legacy style and guidelines with those of its new parent company for consistency in design and messaging.

Marketing Collateral

Before the rebrand, Redmond & Greer needed transitional materials to provide potential partners and customers. We designed collateral that would tell the brand’s story in the short-term and explain the reasoning behind the rebrand.

Corporate Photos

Mockingbird Pharma wanted a fresh, energetic brand image to coincide with the culture it worked so hard to build. Heart & Hustle provided creative direction for a friendly and professional corporate-style photo used for print and web assets.

Social Media

Mockingbird Pharma needed a social strategy that communicated its commitment to driving value for independent pharmacies while maintaining the personality of the brand. Heart & Hustle delivered the creative and content needed to help relay that message.

Redmond & Greer transitioned to Mockingbird Pharma in early 2020. The company has added sophistication and credibility to the brand through the use of social media and other digital communications, and we were honored to play a role in its evolution.

Health Care Provider Rebrand

Florida Spine and Joint Institute provides comprehensive and compassionate care for the injured. When the company was ready to expand its care into new geographic areas, leadership realized the company’s name no longer fit and contacted Harrison Creative Group for help with rebranding.

Brand Messaging

We approached the project with a long-term mindset. First, we started with an interactive brainstorm with key stakeholders to discuss the direction of the brand. We formalized the organization’s core values, mission and vision. Then, we came back to the team with options to name the new brand. After a few rounds, we landed on iRISE—a name that encompasses the hope and care that its providers offer patients.

In addition to a new name, the organization wanted to refine messaging and brand standards to maintain a consistent, cohesive communication style. This was established with formalized brand guidelines.

Marketing Collateral

Updated marketing material communicates the message that the health care provider wants to tell potential patients and other providers.

Social Media

Florida Spine and Joint was new to social media and needed to establish a tone and personality for its online brand. We highlighted the hopeful aspiration of returning to everyday activity while offering helpful advice for the injured patient.

Branded Creative

Rebranding doesn’t just require the sign on the door to change, it also includes all branded artwork, collateral, forms, business cards and other printed materials. We provided iRISE with an entire library of vibrant new art and collateral to promote its new brand.

Financial Services Brand Refresh

A 30-year old established brand in financial services, ProVise Management Group sought the help of Heart & Hustle as it was expanding its marketing efforts. We helped to modernize the brand with an updated logo, photography, collateral, print ads and website.

Brand Messaging

The first step in refreshing the brand was establishing consistent messaging that we could layer across the company’s printed collateral, web presence and advertisements. This exercise began with a brainstorming session with key stakeholders within the organization, asking each participant what type of value they thought the company provided its clients.

With brand guidelines created, we revamped the company’s marketing collateral to provide an overview of services for new clients.

Video can tell a brand’s story in vivid ways that the written word simply can’t. We engaged with ProVise’s CEO on a video series in which he talks about the reasons why clients choose ProVise for financial planning advice.

ProVise has implemented the new brand style throughout its organization, including a renovated corporate office. The brand refresh sparked a new website and digital marketing campaign that generated interest in their financial planning and investment services.

Assisted Living Facility Branded Collateral & Web Design

How do you develop branded material of a facility that isn’t yet open or finished with construction?

Trinity Place Assisted Living Facility is an affordable, Key West-style long-term care facility that needed a cost-effective strategy to market their facility before it was even open. Heart & Hustle developed branded material and a website to tell their story to caregivers.

Floor Plan Layout

In the absence of a completed facility, we improvised by developing custom floor plans for each of the resident options available at Trinity Place ALF. The details allow families to see how their loved one can set up their future home.

Branded Collateral

A tropical feel influenced the design of the trifold collateral and custom folder for Trinity Place ALF. These leave-behinds will educate potential residents on the living options at the assisted living facility.

Website Design

Heart & Hustle developed a website to educate families about Trinity Place ALF’s offerings and the advantages of their facility. The responsive website allows viewers to review floor plans, amenities and schedule a tour.

Health Care Start-up Marketing Strategy

QT Ultrasound is a technology company that developed the first evolutionary advancement in breast imaging since the mammogram. After receiving FDA clearance, the organization wanted to bring this technology to women across the world.

Our mission was to launch a direct marketing campaign that would rapidly grow brand awareness and build interest for women looking for a compression-free, radiation-free breast imaging option as a follow-up to mammography.

Building a Health Care Brand

We believe passionately in QT’s mission and technology, and we wanted all women to experience this evolution in breast imaging. However, the challenge was in developing direct-response messaging that was both compelling and FDA-compliant.

We named the consumer-facing centers QTbreasthealth and opened four new facilities within six months in the San Francisco area and Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Brand Guidelines

Once the QTbreasthealth name was established, we created a logo that would appeal to women while also conveying the calming element of water that the QTscan brought to breast imaging. That’s how the swirl brandmark was born.

We then developed branding guidelines that would be the road map for all other creative assets including a consumer-facing website, social media, collateral, signage, paid digital and print ad materials.

Display and Social

QTbreasthealth utilized digital media to increase awareness in geo-targeted areas surrounding the centers. This was a cost-effective way to grow brand awareness with a limited budget.

Social media content educated women about the importance of breast screening to help prevent breast cancer and how QTbreasthealth was a solution for secondary imaging.

Real testimonial patients were highlighted in paid and organic campaigns to reinforce credibility in the brand.

Branded Print Materials

We designed trifold print materials to educate women, providers and investors about the technology and processes at QTbreasthealth. Messaging was refined frequently to accommodate compliance regulations.

Promotional Material & Collateral

Heart & Hustle developed a brand identity package that included business cards, forms, signage, banners and collateral to maintain consistency across all creative assets.
